My flower journey began when I found myself lost in a big city, in the corporate events world, stuck in a job that wasn’t fulfilling my creative needs. On my 25th birthday I decided scratch that creative itch and enrolled in a course to become a qualified florist… one of the best life decisions I have made to date.
MY BIGGEST LESSON HAS BEEN REALISING THAT MY FLORISTRY STYLE IS CONSTANTLY EVOLVING AS I CONTINUE TO CHALLENGE AND PUSH MYSELF BOTH VISUALLY AND TECHNICALLY.
I’m fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with many clients in varying industries from small creative business owners to lifestyle brands, magazines, artists, interior designers, and professional photographers.
When I’m not at the workbench you’ll find me soaking up the coastal lifestyle Barwon Heads has to offer with my partner Tom, our daughter Peggy and our two boxer dogs, Bonnie and Bert.
Whilst I have enjoyed the fast pace and growing success of my small business, I’m on the pursuit of designing a slow lifestyle for myself and my family, taking time to appreciate each other, our friends and our seaside village that we are lucky enough to call home.
